    【Abstract】 Objective To study the prevention and cure on reperfusion arrhythmias of acute myocardial infarcˉtion treated by PCI.Methods Emergency percutaneous coronary intervention was performed in241patients with acute myocardial infarction to analyze reperfusion arrhythmias occurring after coronary reperfusion and the related cure on the reperfusion arrhythmias，and we can master the prevention and cure on reperfusion arrhythmias and decrease the mortality of the emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.Results Reperfusion arrhythmias occurred in188patients(78.0%).107cases(56.9%)were ventricular reperfusion arrhythmias;12(4.9%)ventricular fibrillation or sustaining ventricular tachycardia;55(22.8%)accelerated idioventricular rhythm;40(16.6%)non-sustaining ventricular tachyˉcardia;81cases were slow arrhythmias ......
