【摘要】 目的 探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)对冠心病患者QT离散度(QTd)及校正QT离散度(QTcd)的影响。方法 选择34例成功实行PCI术的冠心病患者为治疗组，选择20例未行PCI术的冠心病患者为对照组，分别记录术前1h、术后即刻、术后24h的十二导联心电图，测定各时期的QTd及QTcd。结果 PCI术后24hQTd、QTcd均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)及PCI术前(P<0.05)。结论 PCI术可以使冠心病患者QTd、QTcd明显缩短。
