【摘要】 目的 探讨头孢吡肟治疗老年下呼吸道细菌性感染的疗效。方法 对44例下呼吸道感染老年患者采用头孢吡肟1.0～2.0g/次加入5%GS或0.9%NS100ml中静脉点滴，q12h，10～14天为1个疗程。结果 头孢吡肟的临床有效率为84.1%，痊愈率为63.6%;细菌清除率为84.1%。结论 头孢吡肟治疗老年下呼吸道细菌性感染疗效确切，副作用小，其抗菌谱广，抗菌活性很高。
