【Abstract】 Objective To observe sensitivity of Klebsiella pneumoniae subsp pneumoniae(KPP)to37anˉtibacterials.Methods KPP species were identified and37antimicrobials were tested by ATB Expression System.Reˉsults More than95%was sensitivity of KPP to nitrofurantoin，imipenem，meropenem，levofluxacin，and norfloxacin(representing the second generation quinolone)，only15-69%to amikacin and other16antimicrobials，and100%resistance to amoxicillin and other14antibacter
ials.Conclusion High sensitivity was KPP to nitrofurantoin，imipenˉem，meropenem，levofluxacin，and norfloxacin.Different extent or full resistance was KPP to the third generation cephalosporin and other32antimicrobials within37antibacterials tested.
