【摘要】 目的 观察健康教育在护理慢性腹泻病患儿中的作用。方法 将68例慢性腹泻病患儿随机分为健康教育组和对照组，对照组33例，教育组35例。对照组进行常规护理，健康教育组在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育及定期出院指导。结果 健康教育组各项观察指标的改善均优于对照组。结论 健康教育及出院指导在慢性腹泻病患儿的恢复中有一定的作用，在临床工作中值得推广应用;健康教育形式应多样化，其模式和评价方法有待进一步完善。
