【摘要】 目的 了解急性脑血管病时，由于脑血循环障碍对心血管系统的影响而引起的心电图改变。方法 所有患者均在发病后1～12h内进行常规心电图检查。并于3周内复查1～3次。结果 1320例被检者中，心电图异常有925例(70.1%)。结论 1320例患者中828例痊愈，439例好转，53例死亡。其中1273例存活病人中885例心电图异常(69.5%);53例死亡病例(脑出血32例、蛛网膜下腔出血15例、脑梗塞6例)中有49例心电图异常(92.4%)，只有2例蛛网膜下腔出血患者和2例脑梗塞患者心电图正常。
