【摘要】 目的 研究特发性甲状旁腺功能减退的颅脑CT特征。方法 回顾性分析27例患者的颅脑CT特征。结果 27例均有大脑叶和基底节钙化，其中对称性大脑叶、对称性基底节区、丘脑、小脑齿状核和中脑钙化分别为22、18、16、14和5例。全部病例均未见内囊受累。结论 大脑叶和(或)基底节对称性钙化是特发性甲状旁腺功能减退的颅脑CT特征。
