【摘要】 目的 观察中晚期鼻咽癌后程同步放化疗的近期疗效及急性毒副反应。方法 60例Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌前瞻性随机分为同步放化疗组(治疗组)及对照组，两组放疗方法相同。治疗组在第一段放疗结束后行一周期FP方案化疗。结果 治疗结束6个月时治疗组局部肿瘤消退CR率为90%(27/30)，对照组CR率66.7%(20/30)，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。急性毒副反应中，治疗组白细胞下降、胃肠道反应、咽粘膜反应的发生率高于对照组，皮肤反应发生率低于对照组，统计学处理差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 中晚期鼻咽癌后程同步放化

    疗，可以提高局部控制率，而毒副反应无明显增加。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the short-term curative effects and the acute adverse effects of radiotherapy plus late course concurrent chemoradiotherapy in stageⅢ，Ⅳa nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Sixty patients with stageⅢ，Ⅳa nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided randomly into late course concurrent chemoradiotherapy group(treated group)and observed group.Radiotherapy in both groups was performed with the same method.One cycle of FP program was given additionally to the treated group at the first course of radiotherapy.Results The CR rate was90%(27/30)in the treated group and it was66.7%(20/30)in the observed group after six months of completion of radioˉtherapy.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse effects associated with leucocytes ......
