【摘要】 目的 研究分化抑制因子———核苷二磷酸激酶A(NDPK-A)在血清中的含量及其与血液病的相关性，探讨血清NDPK-A含量检测对于血液病诊断和疗效判断的意义。方法 应用重组NDPK-A标准品及相应抗体建立双抗体夹心ELISA法测定NDPK-A含量，应用此方法测定正常人和血液病患者血清NDPK-A含量。结果 30例正常人血清NDPK-A含量为(4.22±0.45)μg/L，26例白血病患者血清NDPK-A含量为(21.07±12.03)μg/L，9例淋巴瘤患者血清NDPK-A含量为(32.31±8.75)μg/L，8例骨髓瘤患者血清NDPK-A含量为(14.80±5.87)μg/L。白血病患者治疗前后血清NDPK-A含量差异显著，14例治疗前患者NDPK-A含量为(31.25±10.35)μg/L，治疗后患者NDPK-A含量为(12.17±4.16)μg/L。结论 建立的双夹心ELISA法可以灵敏、准确地测定血清NDPK-A含量;NDPK-A含量检测可发展为白血病的早期诊断和疗效判断指标。
