【摘要】 目的 探讨吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)对狼疮性肾炎(LN)肾组织慢性纤维化病变的影响。方法 13例LN患者采用MMF联合激素疗法6个月，观察临床疗效、肾组织慢性化指数和肾组织内转化生长因子β 1 (TGF-β 1 )和碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)的表达情况。结果 MMF联合激素治疗6个月后，LN患者的蛋白尿、自身抗体等临床指标均获得明显改善;肾组织慢性化指数(CT)差异无显著性(P>0.05);肾小球和肾小管间质中TGF-β1 表达明显下降(P<0.05);bFGF在肾小球的表达显著下调(P<0.05)，在肾小管间质和肾间质血管的表达下降，但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 MMF联合激素治疗6个月后，患者肾内TGF-β 1 和bFGF的表达部分下降，可能是肾脏慢性纤维化病变无明显进展的重要原因之一。
