【摘要】 目的 观察肺炎Ⅱ号方对SARS患者的临床疗效。方法 将101例SARS患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组56例，对照组46例，两组患者给予相同的基础治疗，治疗组同时加用肺炎Ⅱ号方口服。观察两组患者治疗前后在症状、体征、退热天数、肺部炎症吸收、血氧饱和度等方面的不同，并进行统计学分析。结果 治疗组在改善患者临床症状、退热、促进肺部炎症吸收、提高血氧饱和度方面有较好作用，虽然总有效率与对照组相比，差异无显著性，但其退热天数、肺部炎症吸收天数、血氧饱和度恢复正常天数均明显短于对照组。结论 肺炎Ⅱ号方与西药同用治疗SARS可缩短病程，提高疗效。
