【摘要】 目的 解决艾叶挥发油易挥发的问题。方法 水蒸气蒸馏法提取鲜艾叶挥发油，饱和水溶液法制取挥发油β-环糊精包合物，水蒸气蒸馏法再提取包合物中挥发油，紫外光谱法分析包合前后挥发油。硅胶G-CMC薄层色谱法对照包合前后挥发油色谱图。结果 包合前后挥发油紫外吸收光谱与薄层色谱图基本一致。结论 β-环糊精能稳定包合艾叶挥发油，解络后不会引起主要成分的改变。

    【Abstract】 Objective To solve the problem of losing oil of tansy.Methods Volatile oil was extracted from fresh tansy by vapor distillation.β-Cyclodextrin inclusion compound of oil was made by saturated solution.Volatile oil from inclusion compound was extracted by vapor distillation.The oil extracted from inclusion compound and free oil was evaluated by thin layer chromatography and UV-spectrometry.Results There is not almost difference in the graph of thin layer chromatography between the oil extracted from included ones and free oil.The graphic and the most wavelength of UV-spectrometry was identical ......
