【摘要】 目的 探讨新的带教方法，提高麻醉系学员临床实习的带教质量。方法 结合麻醉专业的特殊性，建立了一套适合麻醉系学员临床麻醉实习的实习计划。本文从实习的目标，计划的制订与实施，教员及考核四个方面分别加以阐述。结果 学生反应良好，为毕业后独立进入临床工作打好了良好的基础。结论 临床麻醉实习是麻醉系学员专业教育的重要组成部分，搞好其工作必须有一套切实可行的实习计划。

    Primary study on the clinical practice plan for the students of anesthesiology

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the new plan to improve efficiency of teaching the students of anesthesioloˉgy.Methods A plan for the students of anesthesiologywas set up.We expatiated it from four aspects，including makˉing target，executing practice plan，training teacher and assessing.Results Students had a good impression and had good outset for their future.Conclusion Clinical practice is very important for the students of anesthesiology.It is necessary for good clinical practice to make a practical plan.
