【摘要】 目的 通过X线、免疫组化及BMP原位杂交的方法探讨Ⅰ期植骨对兔感染性骨缺损的治疗效果。方法 健康家兔50只，体重2.0～2.5kg，雌雄不限，制成骨缺损型骨外露，取感染骨缺损为实验类型，分为6组。结果 (1)感染创面植骨后经过炎症反应、软骨内骨化逐渐转变成骨组织;(2)通过X线和BMP的原位杂交可以观察到兔桡骨感染性骨缺损的Ⅰ期植骨可达到临床愈合。结论 通过对兔桡骨感染性骨缺损的Ⅰ期植骨的成功治疗，为感染性骨缺损和骨髓炎的Ⅰ期植骨治疗提供可靠的理论依据。
