【摘要】 目的 观察丝裂霉素C联合可调整缝线在青光眼小梁切除术中应用的效果。方法 统计分析我院1985～2000年收治的青光眼应用此种术式治疗者226例326眼，术中应用丝裂霉素C，应用可调整缝线1～2条。结果 术后眼压控制良好，Ⅰ、Ⅱ度浅前房发生率低，功能性滤过泡形成率高，并发症明显减少。结论 丝裂霉素C可提高小梁切除术后眼压控制率，联合可调整缝线，可有效控制术后滤过水平，减少术后并发症，提高手术成功率。
