【摘要】 目的 用胃电图研究儿童斜视手术眼—胃反射。方法 对187例在静吸复合麻醉下既往无任何消化道症状的斜视儿童的手术过程进行胃电监测，获得胃电参数作定性定量分析。结果 无眼—胃反射临床症状者胃窦主功率由(164.68±64.41)μV增至(204.40±113.89)μV(P>0.05)、胃体主功率由(161.44±65.76)μV增至(222.32±134.11)μV(P<0.05);有眼-胃反射临床症状者胃窦主功率由(138.83±69.66)μV增至(209.56±106.17)μV(P<0.05)，胃体由(163.22±81.31)μV增至(233.72±138.68)μV(P<0.05);另一特征是速发型眼—胃反射几乎所有病例胃窦、胃体的胃电过速(>4cpm)均明显增加。结论 研究中不仅发现眼—胃反射作为一种异常的胃收缩在胃电图的记录中表现为主功率增加，而且还发现眼—胃反射的轻重与胃电图的主功率变化的程度一致。
