【摘要】 目的 四氢小檗碱衍生物(86017)口服7.5mg/kg及15mg/kg给药后是否能显著抑制犬冠状动脉结扎诱发的心律失常。方法 对犬进行冠脉结扎，使心肌缺血，86017分高低剂量组口服(po)和十二指肠给药(id)进行治疗，胺碘酮7.5mg/kg及生理盐水作为对照组。结果 胺碘酮7.5mg/kg及生理盐水均未见显著抗心律失常作用，86017有减慢心率，减少心肌梗死范围作用，对QTC(经过校正的QT间期)无明显影响。结论 86017是复合型的Ⅲ类抗心律失常药。
