【摘要】 目的 总结26例心脏穿透伤抢救与治疗的经验及教训，提高疗效。方法 回顾分析1995～2003年收治心脏穿透伤病人26例的治疗方法和结果。结果 26例心脏穿透伤病人，其中23例经抢救获治愈，3例死亡，治愈率86.7%。结论 心脏穿透伤病人的抢救成功与否关键在于早期诊断、及时的术前处理和紧急手术，危急情况下可放弃辅助检查。
