【摘要】 目的 探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦良性肿瘤手术适应证的范围及疗效。方法 对经鼻内镜手术治疗的38例鼻腔鼻窦良性肿瘤进行回顾性分析研究。结果 15例血管瘤，3例骨瘤，术后复查2～4年均无复发。20例内翻性乳头状瘤中16例一次手术完全切除，2年无复发;4例术后1年内复发，其中2例经柯-陆式入路结合鼻内镜手术切除治愈，另2例在鼻内镜下再次手术切除，术后创面用射频处理后治愈，1年内未复发。结论 鼻内镜下手术治疗鼻腔鼻窦良性肿瘤，颜面无切口，视野清晰，损伤小，术后复查方便;对复发病例再次手术后创面用射频治疗后可防术后复发;对较大肿瘤侵及上颌窦的病例选用柯-陆式入路结合鼻内镜手术效果好。
