【摘要】 目的 分析影响鼻咽癌放射治疗后预后的主要因素及相关因素，探讨提高5年生存率的治疗方法。方法 选择1993～1999年放射治疗鼻咽癌患者139例，通过信访的方式，调查5年生存率，运用Cox分析方法对预后因素性别、发病年龄、病理分型、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、放疗剂量、是否化疗进行分析。结果 回访111例，失访28例，失访率25.23%，5年生存率为50.45%。结论 其中肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移是主要因素，放射剂量是可控制的相关因素;其它因素影响不大。
