【摘要】 目的 通过对一定时期经鼻内镜手术病例的分析，对经鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉进行临床总结。方法 观察、总结311例(502侧)手术病例，分析影响疗效的主要因素。结果 治愈164例(52.7%)，好转128例(41.2%)，无效19例(6.1%)。结论 充分的影像分析、鼻腔骨结构异常的纠正和术后系统换药及鼻腔冲冼，是提高鼻内镜鼻窦手术治愈率，减少术后并发症的重要环节。
