【摘要】 目的 了解不同年龄、不同透析年限的MHD患者的状况差别。方法 将80例MHD患者按不同透析年限分为3年以下组、3～6年组、6年以上组。其中3～6年组的患者再按年龄不同分为40岁以下组、40～60岁组、60岁以上组。所有患者检测血清白蛋白(AlB)、转铁蛋白(TF)、前白蛋白(PA)、体重、肱三头肌皮肤皱褶厚度(TSF)、上臂围(MAC)、上臂肌围(MAMC)等指标。结果 (1)AlB、TF、PA3个生化指标在透析年限不同的3个组间做两两比较，差异有显著性(P<0.05)，3个指标均表现为6年以上组<3～6年组<3年以下组。体重、MACA在各组间做两两比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)不同年龄组患者各指标比较结果表明，60岁以上组的AlB、TF、PA、MACA低于其余两个组(P<0.05)。结论 MHD患者中，年龄越大，接受透析时间越长，营养不良的程度越严重。
