【摘要】 目的 探讨双J管内引流在上尿路手术中的置管方法、时间、适应证及并发症。方法 对117例复杂性肾结石、输尿管结石、输尿管狭窄、肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者，在上尿路手术中应用双J管作内支架和内引流，置管时间3～6周。结果 术后无伤口感染等并发症。结论 双J管具有内支架和内引流的双重作用，操作简单，并发症少，值得临床推广应用。
