【摘要】 目的 探讨钝性腹部损伤行急诊床旁B超(Bedside sonography BS)检查的临床价值。方法 回顾分析2002年1月～2004年1月间72例钝性腹部损伤BS检查、手术及腹部CT检查的临床资料。结果 BS(+)56例，BS(-)16例。腹部CT检查54例，剖腹手术44例。BS定性诊断符合率93%(67/72)，BS定位诊断符合率69.6%(39/56)。全部治愈63例，死亡9例，死亡率12.5%(9/72)。结论 BS是钝性腹部损伤的一种快速、精确的定性诊断方法并具有一定的定位诊断价值;BS是对钝性腹部损伤保守治疗患者进行严密观察的重要手段。
