【摘要】 目的 观察电针治疗白细胞减少症的疗效及特点，与脾脏超微结构改变的关系，探讨针灸调节白细胞的作用机制。方法 通过家兔静脉注射环磷酰胺复制白细胞减少症模型，采用电针治疗，每天分别于耳缘静脉采血进行外周血白细胞计数和分类，观察血象变化，并于处死前麻醉动物，开腹取脾组织电镜下观测脾血窦基膜小孔口径大小。结果 电针治疗组治疗后，与模型对照组比较，电针能使白细胞减少的动物外周血白细胞数量迅速上升，粒细胞发生核右移(P<0.01)。电针治疗组脾血窦基膜小孔口径大于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论 电针可以使白细胞减少的机体白细胞数量迅速得到恢复，在治疗早期主要通过对脾脏功能进行调节。
