【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人糖尿病与髋部骨折发生的关系。方法 回顾分析1999年2月～2003年4月收治的女性髋部骨折患者338例，年龄65～85岁，平均(74.3±4.3)岁，采用美国糖尿病协会标准诊断糖尿病，口服降糖药或胰岛素注射控制血糖，DHS(髋加压螺钉)、“γ”钉内固定粗隆间骨折，人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折。结果 在338例髋部骨折患者中，250例股骨粗隆间骨折，占总数74%;88例股骨颈骨折，占总数26%;糖尿病患者70例，占总数21%，1型糖尿病2例，2型糖尿病68例。结论 老年糖尿病患者在女性髋部骨折发生中占有较高比例，老年人糖尿病与髋部骨折的发生有密切关系。
