【摘要】 目的 探讨皮下脂膜炎性T细胞淋巴瘤的临床、病理学特征、诊断和鉴别诊断。方法 报告2例病例进行临床、病理等方面的观察。结果 2例临床上均以多发皮下结节和破溃为主要表现。结论 此病是一种累及皮下脂肪组织为主的特殊类型的淋巴瘤，该病的诊断应从临床表现、病理学特点、辅助检查综合考虑，应注意与良性脂膜炎及其它皮肤病变相鉴别。
