【摘要】 目的 为正确鉴别中药大叶海藻提供科学依据。 方法 通过对正品和混淆品的进行性状和薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别。 结果 在商品海藻中鉴别出马尾藻属植物海蒿子、半叶马尾藻、匍枝马尾藻、铜藻、鹿角马尾藻、双锯叶马尾藻和凹顶马尾藻七种海藻。 结论 正品与混淆品在性状和TLC谱上有差异，通过药材性状检索表和TLC可以予以鉴别。
