【摘要】 目的 观察至灵胶囊对慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者病情及治疗的影响。 方法 慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者67例，其中治疗组35例，起病前曾服用过至灵胶囊超过3个月以上;另32例为对照组。两组均按常规抗炎2周。比较两组用药前细胞免疫功状况及咳嗽、咳痰、喘息、肺部哮鸣音评分，并比较治疗后两组的症状评分。 结果 (1)治疗前，治疗组CD3 + 、CD4 + 、CD4 + /CD8 + 、NKC活性均较对照组高;治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及肺部哮鸣音评分较对照组低。(2)治疗第1周末时，治疗组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息及肺部哮鸣音评分即降低至临床显著控制标准。 结论 至灵胶囊服用可使慢性支气管炎急性加重期患者症状减轻并可缩短治疗时间。
