【摘要】 目的 用免疫组化法研究乳腺癌中雌激素受体和孕激素受体的一致性表达。 方法 用PV-9000两步法分别检测55例乳腺癌标本中ER和PR;并用图像分析仪测定未复染病例免疫复合物含量;并计数苏木素复染病例的阳性细胞百分率。探讨ER和PR在阳性表达率、免疫复合物含量和阳性细胞百分率之间的关系。 结果 ER和PR在阳性表达率方面存在一致性表达;并且ER和PR的免疫复合物含量和阳性细胞百分率有直线相关和回归关系。 结论 ER和PR在阳性表达率、免疫复合物含量和阳性细胞百分率三个方面均存在一致性表达。
