【摘要】 目的 研究端粒酶和cyclin D1在胶质瘤恶性转变中表达的变化与相互关系。 方法 收集54例手术切除的胶质瘤标本，应用免疫组化S-P法、原位杂交技术检测肿瘤组织端粒酶和cyclin D1的表达，5例正常脑组织作对照。 结果 54例胶质瘤有28例表达端粒酶，阳性率为51.9%，随着胶质瘤分级的升高，端粒酶表达强度增强(P<0.05)。54例胶质瘤标本有31例表达cyclin D1，阳性率57.4%，正常脑组织无表达。cyclin D1蛋白的表达在胶质瘤与正常脑组织中的表达差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)，随着肿瘤恶性程度升高，表达阳性率增高。端粒酶表达与cyclin D1表达有相关性。 结论 cy-clin D1蛋白表达可加速细胞周期转化，端粒酶表达与细胞周期明显相关，高表达的cyclin D1促进端粒酶表达，cyclin D1和端粒酶表达的变化与胶质瘤发生发展有关。
