【摘要】 目的 探讨宫颈旁麻醉用于人工流产镇痛的疗效。 方法 285例早孕妇女随机分成两组，观察组128例，对照组157例，对照组除不给予宫颈旁麻醉，其他处理措施与观察组相同。观察比较两组的疼痛程度和手术并发症。 结果 观察组无痛率为79.69%(102/128)，对照组无痛率为3.18%(5/157)，两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。观察组疼痛缓解率为95.31%(122/128)，对照组疼痛缓解率为12.74%(20/157)，两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.001)。观察组的疼痛程度明显低于对照组，且手术并发症少。 结论 宫颈旁麻醉疗效好，不良反应少，值得在妇科临床推广应用。
