【摘要】 目的 探讨胫骨平台骨折的治疗方法。 方法 自1998年1月～2002年5月收治复杂胫骨平台骨折23例，均经切开复位”AO”T型或L型支撑钢板内固定。 结果 随访1～5年，优良率80%。 结论 (1)复杂胫骨平台骨折应考虑手术治疗;(2)钢板与镙钉的置入方法相当重要，其他稳定结构应给予修复;(3)提倡早期非负重功能锻炼。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment for complex fractures of the tibial plateau.Methods 23complex fractures of the tibial plateau were treated by internal fixation with“AO”T-supportive plate or L-sup-portive plate from June1998to May2002.Results 15of23cases were the followed-up for1～5years.It showed that excellent and good rate was80%.Conclusion (1)Open reducation and internal fixation should be considered for treatment of the complex fractures of the tibial plateau.(2)The method of using plate and screw is important.The other stable structures of knee should be repaired.(3)Early functional exercise after operation should be performed. ......
