【摘要】 目的 探讨大学生月经不调的特点及治疗方法。 方法 对2003年10月～2004年10月间诊治的104例女大学生月经不调患者逐例进行门诊登记及疗效观察，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 大学生月经不调病因多为下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴激素间的反馈调节机制未臻成熟所致，经中西医结合治疗效果显著。 结论 合理治疗大学生月经不调，对维护她们的身体健康、建立正常的月经调节机制至关重要。关键词 月经不调 月经周期 女大学生
