【摘要】 目的 报道髋关节表面置换治疗股骨头坏死早期随访结果，总结影响疗效的因素。 方法 自2000年12月～2004年5月，8例10髋FicatⅢ、Ⅳ期股骨头坏死患者进行了髋关节表面置换，平均年龄39岁(23～48岁)，男5例，女3例。所有患者术前均有手术适应证。手术方法按照Amstutz和Nelson提出的标准方法进行，术后进行随访。 结果 平均随访3.1年(2～41月)，无股骨颈骨折，无脱位，无感染。术前平均Harris评分30分，术后为90分，最后一次随访平均评分93分(89～98分)。评价:8髋优，1髋良，1髋差。1例髋臼假体周围发现有透亮带，1例因股骨头假体位置不佳已行翻修。 结论 髋关节表面置换术是治疗FicatⅢ、Ⅳ期股骨头缺血性坏死的有效方法，短期随访结果满意，需进一步长期随访。
