【摘要】 目的 寻求掌指骨骨折，特别是关节附近掌指骨骨折更为简便、有效的牵引和固定方法。 方法 应用自行设计的外固定支架，在电视X-ray透视下复位，于骨折远端的指骨行骨牵引治疗，并随时调整牵引力。 结果 骨折愈合率100%，手功能恢复优良率85%。 结论 手部外固定支架结合指骨骨牵引治疗，方便、实用、固定稳定、操作简单，对掌指骨骨折有良好的治疗效果。

    【Abstract】 Objective To find out an effective approach to treat fracture of metacarpal bone and phalanges，especially near the joint fracture.Methods Closed reduction by X-ray fluoroscopy and skeletal traction from distal part with self-designed bone tractor.Results All the fractures had sound union.85%of the patients were excel-lent.Conclusion The effect of clinical practice are well，especially in the joint fracture，with the merits of convenient operation and simple performance.
