【摘要】 目的 了解心电图对高血压性心脏病的心脏肥大的临床诊断率;了解并发心律失常率。方法 对我院1995～2002年资料齐全，确诊为高血压性心脏病的住院患者697例进行了统计分析。结果 697例中有心脏肥大273例(39%);444例并发心律失常(63.7%)。结论 心电图不但对左心室肥大诊断率不高，而对心房及右心室肥大诊断率亦较低。并发心律失常非常常见，其中激动起源失常居首位;激动传导失常次之;激动起源失常伴激动传导失常较少见。
