    【摘要】 目的 探讨纳米磷灰石的抑癌机制。方法 利用sol-gel法制备出稳定单分散的纳米磷灰石体系，应用粒径电位仪和透射电镜(TEM)对纳米磷灰石进行表征;采用MTT比色法研究纳米磷灰石对细胞系Bel-7402人肝癌细胞的作用;从超微结构的改变研究其作用机制。结果 实验结果表明，纳米磷灰石在体外对Bel-7402人肝癌细胞具有明显的抑制作用。结论通过进入到癌细胞内，导致癌细胞胀亡。
