【摘要】 目的 探讨survivin表达的变化及其与宫颈癌增殖活性的相关意义。 方法 采用免疫组化S-P法检测21例慢性宫颈炎、17例宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)和46例宫颈鳞癌组织中survivin、Ki-67的表达水平。 结果 从慢性宫颈炎组到宫颈癌组，survivin表达阳性率呈逐渐升高趋势。46例宫颈鳞癌组织中27例(58.7%)survivin表达阳性，显著高于慢性宫颈炎组及CIN组(P<0.05)。survivin表达与宫颈癌增殖活性显著相关，survivin阳性肿瘤具有较高的增殖活性，其平均KI(43.1±6.4)%明显高于survivin表达阴性肿瘤(22.3±7.5)%(P<0.05)。survivin在临床分期晚、分化差的宫颈癌组织中表达显著升高(P<0.05)。 结论 survivin在宫颈癌中异常表达与宫颈癌的分化增殖有关，可以作为反映宫颈癌恶性潜能的一项新指标。
