【摘要】 目的 探讨镍钛合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。 方法 应用镍钛合金网状支架治疗前列腺增生症引起的膀胱出口梗阻。 结果 30例中27例一次置管成功，2例操作不当滑入膀胱，1例置入支架偏短，重新置入后均成功，均能自行排尿，随访远期有3例再次出现尿潴留。 结论 镍钛合金网状支架治疗高危前列腺增生症，近期疗效满意，远期仍有再次出现尿潴留可能。严格选择适应证，准确测量前列腺段尿道长度，谨慎操作是提高疗效的关键。
