【摘要】 目的 探索对手术室中专护生实施目标教学法的效果。 方法 根据中专学生的基础知识结构特点，结合我院手术室的条件，制定合乎实际的具体的教学目标;整个教学目标通过实习前期准备、中期实践提高、终末考核评价等三种手段来完成。 结果 通过目标教学法的实施，学生的主动学习热情高涨，学生的专业知识和实践操作技能显著提高，综合考评成绩不断提升，特别是优秀所占比例增加，同时学生对带教老师的认可度大大提高。 结论 这些结果表明实施目标教学法的正确性，目标教学法具有广阔应用前景;同时也对带教老师的思想素质、基础知识和专业知识素质提出了更高的要求。
