黄芪丹参复方成分对一氧化氮合成阻滞孕鼠胎盘超微形态影响研究

     【摘要】 目的 研究黄芪丹参复方成分提高胎盘血供的分子机制,为临床有效防治胎盘血供不足所致妊娠并发症提供思路。 方法 提取分离有效中药黄芪、丹参复方成分,运用一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阻滞剂L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)制作一氧化氮合成阻滞大鼠模型,透射电镜观察胎盘超微结构变化。 结果 模型组胎盘滋养细胞水肿,线粒体肿胀、空泡化明显,滋养细胞表面绒毛稀少,凋亡细胞增加,而中药治疗组明显较轻,凋亡数目较少,与空白组近似。 结论 黄芪丹参复方成分可能提高滋养细胞活力,阻抑滋养细胞异常凋亡,防止胎盘浅表着床,有利于滋养细胞的植入,从而达到提高胎盘血液供应的目的。
