【摘要】 目的 探讨26蜂毒肽-IL-2嵌合蛋白在体外对人宫颈肿瘤细胞的作用。 方法 用MTT法测定蜂毒肽-IL-2嵌合蛋白的抗肿瘤活性，并观察其对HeLa细胞形态学的影响。 结果 嵌合蛋白对HeLa细胞有抑制作用，抑制率与其浓度呈正相关;光镜下的观察显示，作用24～48h后，细胞出现明显的形态学改变。 结论 嵌合蛋白可抑制HeLa细胞增殖。
