【摘要】 目的 对植入埋藏式心律转复除颤器的患者进行定期随访，了解心律失常的发作情况及ICD的治疗效果。 方法 5例患者通过体外程控仪调出ICD储存的资料进行分析。 结果 平均随访(15±6)个月，2例患者接受除颤治疗，其中1例患者除颤治疗发生在晕厥之后;1例患者因心房颤动发生2次不适当治疗。 结论 对于植入ICD的患者，定期随访调整合适的诊断和治疗策略有重要意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective The patients with implantable cardioverter-defibrillators(ICD)were followed up in order to evaluate therapy effects of ICD.Methods 5patients'history were taken and devices were interrogated.Re-sults In the follow up of15±6months，2of5patients received ICD therapy，1of them received shock after syn-cope;1patient received2inappropriate therapy because paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Conclusion It is very impor-tant to follow up the patients with ICD and set appropriate parameters of diagnosis and treatment.
