【摘要】 目的 了解学龄前儿童龋齿发生情况以及对氟离子导入预防龋齿的效果进行观察。方法 选择辖区内40所幼儿园3岁在园儿童2320例，分为实验组和对照组，进行调查和用氟离子导入预防龋齿，连续进行3年观察和操作。结果 实验组与对照组在2003年的患龋率比较差异有显著性。结论 氟离子导入对预防儿童龋齿是有效的方法。
