【摘要】 目的 辛伐他汀对心绞痛患者的抗心肌缺血作用。 方法 95例血脂正常的稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(48例，加服辛伐他汀12个月)和对照组(47例，常规治疗)，以平板运动实验等为考察指标。 结果 (1)治疗后12个月，治疗组运动持续时间、运动至心绞痛发作时间及至ST段下降1mm的时间明显延长，且高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)治疗后12个月，心绞痛发作次数及缺血相关事件明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 长期使用辛伐他汀对血脂正常的稳定型心绞痛患者具有抗心肌缺血作用。
