【摘要】 目的 探讨不同解剖形态的包皮组织中a-Actin(平滑肌肌动蛋白)和Desmin(结蛋白)的表达规律。 方法 在8例全露型包皮和27例包皮过长标本中用免疫组化染色方法对a-Actin和Desmin的表达情况进行研究。 结果 全露型包皮的a-Actin和Desmin表达明显强于包皮过长，其差异具有统计学意义，P值分别为0.000和0.004。统计学分析发现35例标本中表皮细胞中的a-Actin表达与平滑肌层的发达情况呈负相关。 结论 包皮表皮细胞中a-Actin和Desmin可能是影响包皮解剖形态的重要因素。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of a-actin and desmin in different shapes of prepuce.Methods The expression of a-actin and desmin was detected in8specimens of entire revealing type prepuce，27specimens of abundant prepuce with immunohistochemical stain of two step methods.Results The expressions of a-actin and desmin in epiderm of entire revealing prepuce were much stronger than that in abundant prepuce(P=0.000and0.004).The association of a-actin expression in epiderm with the thickness of smooth muscle layers in35samples showed reciprocal correlation(P=0.002).Conclusion Both a-actin and desmin might play an important roles in forming different anatomical shapes of prepuce and the smooth muscle layers of prepuce is possibly one kind of functional tissue. ......
