【摘要】 目的 了解常州市城区下岗无业育龄妇女生殖道感染流行病学现状，为制定有效的防治措施提供依据。 方法 对6464例下岗无业育龄妇女进行问卷调查、妇科检查及实验室检查。 结果 生殖道感染总体发病率50.9%，新北区发病率居各区之首;各种疾病中，宫颈炎的发病率居首位，其次为细菌性阴道病和其他阴道炎。 结论 生殖道感染是常州市城区下岗无业育龄妇女的常见病，多发病，因此必须引起卫生和计划生育部门的足够重视，以采取有效的措施，加强生殖道感染的防治，保护育龄妇女的身心健康。
