【摘要】 目的 研究不同共轭亚油酸组合物对2型糖尿病小鼠血脂的影响。

    方法 通过对饲喂高糖高脂饲料建立起来的肥胖型小鼠注射链脲佐菌素，建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型，给其喂食含量分别为90%和80%的游离脂肪酸型共轭亚油酸(CLA-90和CLA-80)和乙酯型共轭亚油酸(CLAEE-80)36天。

    结果 3种共轭亚油酸组合物均能明显降低2型糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、体重、TC、TG和LDL-C(P<0.05)，同时能显著提高HDL-C(P<0.05)，而且CLA-90的影响明显大于CLA-80和CLAEE-80(P<0.05);CLAEE-80的影响大于CLA-80，但两者的差异性不显著。3种组合物对正常小鼠影响不显著。

    结论 CLA对防治糖尿病患者的心血管并发症具有重要的作用。
