【摘要】 目的 比较派瑞松霜与盐酸特比萘芬乳膏(兰美抒霜)外用治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效。 方法 将面部脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为2组:治疗组45例，外用派瑞松霜，对照组42例，外用兰美抒霜，两组均为每日1次，疗程2周。 结果 治疗组的痊愈率为68.89%，总有效率为95.56%;对照组的痊愈率为47.62%，总有效率为76.19%。经χ 2 检验，两组间差异有显著性，派瑞松霜的疗效优于兰美抒霜，未发现派瑞松霜有不良反应。 结论 派瑞松霜治疗面部脂溢性皮炎更有效，更安全。

    Effective comparison on peverson cream and terbinafine hydrochloride cream in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis

    【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of peverson cream and terbinafine hydrochloride cream in treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods A randomized control trial was conducted.Peverson cream and terbinafine hy-drochloride cream were topically applied in trial group and control group respectively once a day for2weeks.Results 45cases in trial group and42cases in control group were evaluable.The cure rates for facial seborrheic dermatitis were68.89%in trial group and47.62%in control group respectively.The total effective rates were95.56%versus76.19%respectively.Adverse reaction was not found in trial group ......
